1. The name of the searched area.

2. The type of advertised property, such as apartments, houses, developments, or lots.

3. The count of available properties.

4. The lowest price available for the requested property type in the area.

This data is extracted from the Equeco Feed and integrated into the ad copies using Equeco Smart Ads. As a result, ad quality improves, leading to a higher quality score, an increased CTR of 70%, a conversion rate boost of 60%, and ultimately more conversions.
